In-Store Pickup Policy

At Total Cool A/C and Parts Suppliers, Inc., we're committed to providing our customers with a variety of convenient shopping solutions. We understand that sometimes you may prefer to pick up your purchase in person, so we are happy to offer an in-store pickup option for your HVAC parts and supplies.

Here's how it works:

Ordering: Simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will process it and ensure it is ready for pickup at your selected store.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not head to the store until you have received this confirmation to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.

Pickup Window: We provide a pickup window of 7 days from the date of order confirmation. If you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact us at totalcool@live.com so we can assist you further. The hours for pickup varies, depending on the hour of the purchase you may select the same day or another day if suitable.

Proof of Purchase: When you arrive at the store, please present your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device) and a valid photo ID. For your security, we will only release the order to the person named on the order confirmation.

Third-Party Pickup: If someone else will be picking up your order, please notify us in advance by emailing totalcool@live.com with their full name. They will also need to present a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Safety Guidelines: To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, please adhere to all safety guidelines in place at our stores, including the use of face masks if required, and maintaining social distancing.
